Our Services
We are a one-stop-shop for your underground sewer and water needs. We specialize in taking unique and complex problems and creating the most optimal solutions. Whether you are a homeowner or a contractor, we will work with you the find the best solution and communicate clearly the options.
No-Dig Sewer Lining.
When your sewer is compromised by roots, cracks, or soon-to-be collapse, a sewer liner is a perfect option to prevent further damage and give your sewer line a new life. Sewer lining is not a temporary fix but a permanent solution that will provide 25+ years of service.
Excavation Repair.
When your sewer is completely blocked and backed up, this may be the only solution to get it up and running again. Sometimes, when installing a liner, we are able to visually see a break in the line or a small belly and determine that a sewer liner would not be able to go through and excavation would be needed. In addition to standard excavation, we specialize in excavation repairs that are deeper than the standard sewer depth.
Directional Drilling Installation.
Occasionally sewer lines have sections of the pipe that can hold water, which can cause solid waste to build up, leading to a backup. If excavation is not possible, or if a proper amount a pitch is available, then drilling a new sewer can be a great option. Directionally drilling is also a great solution for a new sewer installation for a home as it avoids trenching and disrupting the soil or landscaping.
Camera Inspections.
When buying a new home, it is always a great idea to get the sewer line inspected. Many sewer lines are compromised and have failed customers only months after moving in. If problems are found in the sewer line before purchasing, this can help to capture funds to get the sewer line fix and ensure there is not a back up right after moving in. We use high definition sewer camera that will beat the competition in being able to fully see the quality of the sewer pipe.
Waterline Repair & Replacement.
Occasionally there may be a leak in your waterline, which can be noticed from water bubbling up inside your home or even in your yard and sidewalk. This can sometimes be repaired at a valve without doing a complete replacement. More often, a partial or full replacement is needed. Occasionally a waterline may require a Lead Waterline Replacement. In many older cities, such as Minneapolis and St. Paul, there is a high chance you may have a lead waterline. We often can replace your waterline with a new copper waterline without trenching and major excavation. Removing the lead out of your waterline also takes the potential health risks away that lead can cause if disturbed.
Sewer Mainline Cleaning, Descaling, & Flushing.
If your sewer line is still in fair condition and just needs a good cleaning, we perform quality Hydro Jetting to ensure the roots do not cause a problem in the near future. Hydro Jetting is more expensive than traditional drain cleaning, but will also remove and clean your pipe with much better results and can be more gentle on your pipe. Descaling is often needed on sewer lines with cast iron. Cast iron is naturally corrosive which can snag toilet paper and other solids, causing a soft blockage back up. In this event, we use specialized chains to travel down the cast iron to remove the corrosion and scale build up to prevent it from creating a blockage. Depending on the amount of scale, we will use our Hydro Jetters to blast the scale down the sewer line and further clean the cast iron pipe.
Infiltration & Inflow Repair.
Many cities have programs in place to renew the underground sewer infrastructure to avoid possible ground water from infiltrating their sewer system. This extra water will end up in the sewer treatment plants, causing it to go over capacity. The cities will then be fined for extra water that must be filtered and, in turn, be passed on to the homeowner. If you receive an inspection from your city (often at the Point of Sale) we can often provide a sewer estimate to bring your sewer line into compliance without having to come out for an additional inspection.
Trenchless Pipebursting Sewer Installation.
When your sewer liner is compromised with major offsets that cannot be passed by a sewer liner, then pipeburst might be the option for you. We hydraulically pull a new sewer pipe through your old sewer which will break through any offsets and create a fully opened area for the new sewer the lay.
Emergency Service.
Sewers often backup during unexpected times or during the major holidays. We know there are emergency circumstances and we do our best to accommodate these circumstances so you aren’t without sewer or water service.
