Sewers often backup during unexpected times or during major holidays. We know there are emergency circumstances and do our best to accommodate these circumstances so you aren’t without sewer or water service.

  • Call your City office first to have them verify that the main is not the cause of the problem. Once verified that the issue is your sewer line, give us a call and we will send out a technician to diagnose and restore flow.

  • Locate your water meter. This is where the waterline enters your house typical from the floor of the lowest level of your home. There should be 2 valves. One before and one after the water meter. Turn off one of those valves—if the water stop then contact your favorite plumber or message us for a reference list of plumbers. If shutting off either of these valves does not stop the flow of water, then contact your city and request your water to be shut off at the curb stop valve out in the yard. We can then come out and diagnose the issue and get you up and running.
